EDUARDO SMITH, P.E.
PRESIDENT
Mr. Smith has over 15 years of environmental and civil engineering design and consulting experience in the areas of planning, permitting and design and construction involving water/natural resources, solid waste and stormwater management, and contamination assessment and remediation. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida. Mr. Smith’s long standing working relationships with many of the environmental regulators in South Florida has proven to be greatly beneficial to the clients the firm represents.
Mr. Smith has managed sensitive environmental projects, along with significant associated regulatory permitting, including the Old South Dade and the Homestead Landfill Closure Enhancement design/build projects, and the highly visible Biscayne Landings development in North Miami. His “big picture” management style has led to success on projects requiring a multi-disciplined approach.

TERRENCE HORAN, P.E.
DIRECTOR OF
ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING
With over 15 years of experience in environmental consulting with a strong background in surface water treatment, site assessment and remediation, Terry leads ES Consultants’ West Palm Beach office. In addition to supervising projects, he will also be providing technical oversight for water resources contracts, insight on contamination assessment and remedial design, and recommendations for surface water quality assessment and treatment strategies.

LISA L. SMITH
PRINCIPAL SCIENTIST
After 15 years of extensive experience on federal, state and county environmental projects in Florida and Georgia, Lisa will be playing the valuable role of Principal Environmental Scientist on various environmental projects, particularly those involving Risk-Based Corrective Action (RBCA). Prior to joining ES Consultants, Lisa served in numerous risk-assessment positions for the Miami-Dade Department of Environmental Resources Management. |

Eric Gomez has over 10 years experience and a diverse background of project experience, including civil, water, sewer, stormwater, environmental, and solid waste projects. Mr. Gomez has designed new facilities and improvements for stormwater management, water and wastewater collection and conveyance and solid waste infrastructure. |

With nearly 15 years of experience in administration and operations roles, Gina is responsible for the human resources, administration, and financial management aspects of our business. She is instrumental in developing project costs, maintaining budget compliance and appropriate allocation of resources and personnel across numerous projects. |
